Rathcline GAA Pitch Development I am delighted to inform you that work on our pitch development commenced on Mon 06th April 2009. The contractor 'Prunty Pitches' from County Fermanagh, is one of Irelands leading sports ground specialists. This is another huge step forward for the club in providing top class playing facilities for all its parish members. It shall be a major achievement by everyone in our community who helped towards delivering a playing field offering all year round playability. Regular updates on progress shall be posted over the coming weeks.
Rathcline GAA Development Easter Draw
Rathcline GAA are holding an Easter Draw on Sunday 12th April 2009 in the Swan Tavern at 11pm. The prizes are 1st €3000, 2nd€1000, 3rd €750, 4th €500, 5th €250, 6th 200, 7th €200, 8th €200, 9th €200 and 10th €200. Tickets are priced at €20 and can be purchased from any club member.
ACFL Division 1
Our senior team played Ballymahon in round 4 of the ACFL on Saturday evening last. After a tough game, they were very unlucky to loose the game to an injury time ballymahon free kick. Next fixture is on April 19th versus Fr Manning Gaels (please watch fixtures for time / venue). The fortnightly club lotto draw will take place on Saturday 12th July with Hillary Sullivan’s Team in charge of this weekends draw.
